Certain ShulCloud website templates include sidebar functionality. For details on which templates include sidebar options, please review Choose a Website Template. Templates that do support sidebars offer two different options that can be chosen when creating a new page. Please refer to Website Page, Blog or Redirect (Reference & How To).
The sidebar types available for a New Page:
- Global Sidebar: Displays the same content on every page. Any changes made to it will automatically update across all pages that use the global sidebar.
- Unique Sidebar: Unique sidebar applies only to the page it is assigned to. Changes made to unique sidebar will affect only the current page. Changes will not carry over to other pages with their own unique sidebars.
- No Sidebar: expands the page to full width.
Add Sidebar Section to Home Page or New Page

Navigate to Homepage or a CMS Page>Select +Add Sidebar Section
Edit Sidebar
Utilize the RTE Text Editor for styling, widgets, and embedding forms into to the homepage or other pages:

Sidebar Type Located on CMS Pages Dashboard
Navigate to Website/Media>Pages to access the CMS Pages Dashboard.
NOTE: Unique sidebars are shown as Private under the sidebar type on
